When will my order ship?

Mugs ship within 1-2 business days, depending on the day of the week. You'll receive a shipping notification in your email along with a tracking number with USPS.

How are my items shipped?

Your order is shipped with USPS through my tiny local post office. Post Lady Amy is always thrilled to scan in the orders, so you'll get updated info on your tracking number at midnight the day it's left with USPS.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?

Of course I'll replace your item(s) lickety-split. Send me a message through my contact form and I'll shoot you an email as soon as possible. All I ask is for you to send a picture of the damaged item next to the box it arrived in so I can submit it with the damage claim to USPS. Please hold on to the item for a few days in case the postal service requires you to bring it to your local post office for inspection.

I'd like to customize my order, where do I submit my request? How much does it cost?

Send me a message through my contact form and I'll reply with any questions I might have and the link to the custom listing if necessary.

If you're adding some text to an existing design, like a name, or wanting to change some wording, it's a free service! If you're wanting to change graphics or require an overhaul of a design, it will cost $10 extra. Not too bad!
